Travel & hotel stay have to be organized by the attendee. Utrecht is easily being reached by public transport and the Symposium venue is within the city center, including nearby hotels, and walking distance from the Utrecht Central train station. If you arrive by plane from Schiphol, an Intercity train can bring you to Utrecht Central within 30 minutes.
